Job description
The Lab Technician 1 role involves the assembly of in-ear monitors utilizing both hand tools and specialized software, all while achieving production targets. This position also includes conducting quality assurance inspections to confirm that products adhere to required standards prior to shipment. The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic assembly and be adept with small hand tools. Proximity to Vancouver, WA, is required, and candidates should demonstrate excellent dexterity and a keen eye for detail.
