**Job Title: Laboratory Operations Associate**
The Laboratory Operations Associate plays a crucial role in assisting the Research & Development and Manufacturing teams through the management of laboratory equipment installation, calibration, and upkeep. This position ensures the smooth functioning of daily laboratory operations while adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience in laboratory operations or equipment maintenance specifically in the biotech or pharmaceutical sectors. Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail in documentation, and the capability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds are essential.
