Job description
**Job Title: R&D Engineer**
The R&D Engineer will be responsible for the design, testing, and assessment of stormwater treatment solutions, playing a key role in product development and compliance with regulatory standards. This position also involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to assist with technical documentation, engage with industry stakeholders, and drive ongoing product enhancements. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field, with 0-3 years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in 3D design tools such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks is essential, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
