Job description
The Lay Health Educator will support health education initiatives aimed at patients dealing with chronic ailments such as Diabetes and Metabolic Syndrome. Key responsibilities include holding one-on-one consultations, leading educational classes, and ensuring precise documentation of patient information. Applicants should possess prior experience as a Medical Assistant and be proficient in both English and Spanish. Excellent interpersonal abilities and knowledge of Windows-based software are essential qualifications for this role.
