**Job Title: Residential Support Aide**
The Residential Support Aide is tasked with ensuring a secure and organized therapeutic setting by performing room inspections, overseeing resident activities, and delivering trauma-informed care. Responsibilities also include keeping daily logs, carrying out drug tests, and offering transportation for residents. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent along with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history. A minimum of two years’ experience in substance use treatment, mental health, or human services is highly desirable.
