Job description
The Lead Baseball Instructor is tasked with delivering top-notch training initiatives and overseeing the daily operations of the facility, which includes setup and upkeep of equipment. Additionally, this role functions as a brand representative and offers mentorship to the instructional team. Applicants should possess documented experience in collegiate or professional playing or coaching, alongside excellent organizational abilities. A Bachelor’s degree is desired, as is experience in coaching youth and high school players.
