Job description
The Lead Behavioral Health Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Facility Administrator by overseeing day-to-day operations and enhancing communication among staff, clients, and their families. This position involves ensuring a secure and nurturing environment while accurately documenting daily activities. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the behavioral health field. Experience in a leadership role and a comprehensive understanding of mental health treatment and crisis intervention are strongly preferred.
