The Lead Clinical Program Director oversees the recruitment, training, and management of staff members while guaranteeing the provision of high-quality services in accordance with regulatory standards. This position also involves budget management for programs and the development of partnerships with local community organizations to aid families. Applicants are expected to possess an advanced degree in fields such as Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a similar area, along with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience.
