Interventional Radiologist Technician

Job Summary

The Interventional Radiologist Technician plays a crucial role in assisting healthcare professionals during minimally invasive procedures, employing advanced imaging techniques to support patient care and treatment outcomes. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain equipment necessary for interventional radiology procedures.
  • Assist in the setup and administration of imaging procedures.
  • Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after procedures.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and radiological standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procedures and patient care.

Qualifications

  • Certification in radiologic technology or equivalent training.
  • Experience in interventional radiology preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging systems and techniques.
