The Lead Design Engineer serves as the primary technical expert for fuse product lines, managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through to market introduction. They guide multidisciplinary teams to create adaptable product architectures that fulfill the demands of data center and grid infrastructure. Applicants are required to have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in developing electrical products. Expertise in medium voltage systems and robust technical leadership capabilities are crucial for success in this position.
