Job Summary
This position acts as the operational head for the Technologist Assistant and Aide team, responsible for guiding daily departmental operations and staff effectiveness. The role emphasizes the management of scheduling, patient support services, and compliance with quality and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functions of the Technologist Assistant and Aide team.
- Manage staff performance and ensure effective scheduling.
- Provide support services to patients and ensure their safety.
- Maintain adherence to quality and safety standards in all operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in a busy medical setting is highly desirable, with backgrounds in CNA, EMT, or patient care preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is needed for this role.
- BLS certification is required for candidates.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including moving patients and equipment, is essential.
