Job Summary
The Lead Energy Storage Engineer will spearhead the development and enhancement of energy storage systems, directly contributing to innovative projects within the renewable energy sector. This role necessitates a blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership to guide engineering teams toward optimizing performance and efficiency of energy storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engineering strategies for energy storage systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate energy storage technologies effectively.
- Oversee system design and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing energy storage systems, proposing improvements as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
