Job Summary
The Senior Test Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This position involves designing and implementing effective testing strategies, leading test efforts, and collaborating with development teams to enhance product functionality and performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Automate testing processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior test engineers and help build a strong testing culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in software testing, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
