Job Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Documentation & Veeva Conversion Lead plays a critical role in overseeing the documentation processes within a manufacturing environment. This position is tasked with ensuring that all manufacturing documents comply with regulatory standards and are efficiently managed through the Veeva platform, facilitating a seamless conversion and adherence to quality expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the conversion of documentation to the Veeva Vault system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize documentation processes within the manufacturing unit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify necessary documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on Veeva documentation management practices.
- Conduct regular audits of manufacturing documents to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in manufacturing documentation management, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in using the Veeva Vault system or similar documentation management tools.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
