Job description
**Lead Engineer**
The Lead Engineer is responsible for delivering technical guidance and oversight for steam turbine equipment, focusing on enhancing reliability through analytical solutions and efficient outage management. This role serves as the technical authority for the fleet, tackling complex challenges and collaborating with both vendors and internal departments. Applicants should possess a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory, although candidates with a Master’s degree in Engineering may be considered in place of the Bachelor’s degree.
