Job Summary
The Production Technician plays a vital role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production meets both efficiency and quality standards. This position involves operating machinery, conducting quality checks, and collaborating closely with other team members to facilitate a smooth production workflow.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform regular quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and perform basic maintenance when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to identify improvements to production processes.
- Maintain accurate records related to production output and quality control.
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment related to production.
