**Shift Lead**
The Shift Lead plays a vital role in assisting the Director of Food Distribution by overseeing the day-to-day functions, personnel, and volunteers at both the food pantry and warehouse. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth delivery of services, upholding safety and hygiene protocols, and performing various administrative duties. Applicants should exhibit exceptional leadership skills, professionalism, and the flexibility to work early morning shifts beginning at 4:45 AM. Additionally, they must be adept at inventory management, possess strong communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, and adhere to organizational benchmarks.
