Job description
**Lead Mechanic**
The Lead Mechanic plays a crucial role in guiding the team of vehicle and trailer technicians on-site, handling significant mechanical diagnostics and repairs. In addition to hands-on work, they oversee the coordination of maintenance schedules, manage the inventory of parts, and provide mentorship to staff to maintain high standards of vehicle safety and performance. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with a minimum of three years of increasing responsibility in heavy equipment repair and vehicle maintenance. Preference will be given to individuals who have previous leadership experience and hold relevant ASE certifications.
