Job description
Job Title: Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator
In this role, you will oversee the operation and upkeep of the wastewater treatment plant by conducting analytical tests, regulating chemical flow rates, and ensuring compliance with discharge regulations. You will be responsible for managing both hazardous and non-hazardous waste storage, keeping precise operational records, and carrying out preventive maintenance on equipment. Candidates should possess experience in water or wastewater treatment and the capability to acquire HAZWOPER 24-hour certification. Additionally, familiarity with computer software and a background in chemistry or environmental sciences will be advantageous.
