Job Summary
The Lead Software Engineer is tasked with creating, developing, and resolving issues related to secure software solutions, while also promoting the integration of AI-supported engineering methods within the team. This role involves generating architectural documentation, guiding less experienced engineers, and maintaining the operational consistency of intricate applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop secure software solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues in software applications to ensure performance integrity.
- Produce architecture artifacts to document the software framework.
- Mentor junior engineers to foster their growth and skills.
- Oversee the operational stability of complex applications.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python, along with knowledge of React and AWS.
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Ability to validate AI-generated code for both security and performance metrics.
