**Lead Sterile Processing Technician**
The Lead Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for assembling and sterilizing instrument trays used in intricate surgical procedures while overseeing the operational flow within the sterile processing department. This role includes supervising sterilization apparatus, managing stock levels, and offering training and performance feedback to team members. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and have a minimum of three years of experience in the sterile processing field. A registration as a Central Service Technician and the capacity to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds are essential for this position.
