They partner with program management and engineering teams to align on test strategies, resolve equipment anomalies, and mentor junior staff. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and possess at least 6 years of experience in test engineering or lab management. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, or system-level testing and the ability to lead project execution are essential requirements.
