Job description
The Lead Veterinary Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing front-desk activities, such as appointment scheduling, payment processing, and managing daily operations. This role also includes leading, training, and supporting other client service representatives to ensure exceptional client experiences. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of reception experience, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare front-desk role. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities are essential for thriving in a dynamic hospital atmosphere.
