Job Summary
The Learning Operations Specialist is crucial in overseeing the organization’s learning environment. This role encompasses the management of the Dayforce Learning Management System (LMS) alongside content oversight. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing learning-related data to inform business strategies and improving operational efficiency through collaboration with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Dayforce LMS to ensure optimal functionality.
- Oversee the effective organization and management of learning content.
- Analyze learning analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning operations and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in LMS management and learning & development operations.
- Strong proficiency in various learning technologies and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent analytical capabilities to interpret data efficiently.
