Additionally, they design marketing strategies aimed at maintaining occupancy levels and ensuring outstanding customer service for existing residents. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication and customer service abilities, alongside familiarity with property management software such as OneSite or Knock. Experience in leasing is preferred, and candidates must be available to work on weekends.
