Job description
The Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in executing leasing and marketing strategies while fostering a positive representation of the apartment community. This position involves supporting management in resident initiatives, retention strategies, and handling lease application processing. Ideal candidates should possess experience in customer service or sales, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong communication abilities. A high school diploma or equivalent education is mandatory, and familiarity with tax credit programs is preferred.
