**Leasing Consultant**
The Leasing Consultant plays a pivotal role in showcasing the community to potential tenants while also providing support to existing residents. Responsibilities include overseeing marketing efforts, managing social media, and ensuring a professional atmosphere within the office. Applicants should hold a valid driver’s license and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities. This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, along with the capability to carry out physical tasks such as climbing stairs and inspecting the property grounds.
