**Leasing Professional**
The Leasing Professional serves as the primary representative of the community, welcoming potential residents, guiding them on tours, and overseeing the entire leasing process. This role involves working closely with maintenance and management teams to guarantee resident satisfaction and assisting with promotional initiatives for the community. Applicants should have excellent customer service and communication abilities and be available to work on Saturdays. A foundational understanding of computer applications is necessary, and prior experience in leasing, sales, or roles involving direct customer interaction is highly desirable.
