Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in the recruitment process by collaborating with community hiring managers and the Director of HR. This position is essential for supporting the community HR Business Partners by delivering timely updates and insights, primarily in the fields of healthcare and skilled nursing recruiting.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Work alongside community HR Business Partners to offer timely updates on the hiring process.
- Engage in recruitment activities focusing on healthcare and/or skilled nursing sectors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or skilled nursing industries.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers and HR personnel.
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to the requirements of a fast-paced recruitment environment.
