Qualifications
- Must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Hold an active membership in the California bar.
- Requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience at a distinguished law firm or a rapidly growing technology company.
- Expertise in areas such as commercial law, product law, or corporate law is essential.
