Job Summary
The Lending Services Specialist II is responsible for handling consumer loan applications by ensuring that all relevant documentation satisfies underwriting criteria. This role acts as the main liaison for members and internal departments to guarantee efficient loan closings and address any issues that may arise during the process.
Responsibilities
- Process consumer loan applications and verify that all documentation aligns with underwriting requirements.
- Serve as the primary contact for members and teams to facilitate prompt loan closings.
- Resolve issues that may occur during the loan processing stage.
Qualifications
- One to three years of experience in loan processing.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the capability to perform various financial calculations.
