Job description
The Licensed Assistant Practice Manager plays a crucial role in the daily functions, patient movement, and collaboration of the team to guarantee outstanding patient care and successful business outcomes. This position involves being actively engaged on the practice floor, providing clinical support, facilitating optical sales, and fostering team growth under the supervision of the Practice Manager. Applicants must have a valid state license and significant experience in dispensing within either an optical or healthcare environment. A high school diploma is necessary, accompanied by proven leadership skills and the capability to perform various roles within the practice.
