Job description
**Job Title: Clinical Supervisor**
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing both the administrative and clinical aspects of the Early Childhood Mental Health Consultation program, which includes providing reflective supervision to staff members. This role involves maintaining high program quality, managing incoming referrals, and facilitating the application of mental health interventions in a variety of childcare settings. Applicants must possess a California clinical license as an MFT, LCSW, or psychologist, along with a Master’s degree in a behavioral science discipline and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Furthermore, candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in clinical supervision and direct service with children from birth to age 5.
