Job Summary
The Licensed Clinical – Early Childhood Services (ECMH Clinical Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing clinical programming and providing supervision to staff in a dynamic early childhood mental health environment. The role involves enhancing program quality through supervision, training, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support the mental health needs of young children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in early childhood mental health.
- Conduct training sessions to improve knowledge and skills of team members.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery and resource availability.
- Monitor and evaluate program efficiency and effectiveness regularly.
- Engage in case consultation and clinical reviews to promote best practices.
Qualifications
- A valid clinical license in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- Experience in early childhood mental health services.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and community stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
