Job Title: Medical Social Worker
Evaluate, provide guidance, and support patients with complex medical conditions by formulating personalized treatment strategies. Help patients adapt to disabilities, connect them with resources, and promote behavioral change in both home and community environments. A Master’s degree in Social Work and licensure as an LCSW are essential for this position. Applicants should have strong skills in planning, organization, written communication, and time management.
