**Position Title: Behavior Technician**
The Behavior Technician will deliver individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to children diagnosed with autism, adhering to treatment strategies created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities include documenting session data, supporting children in daily living activities, and ensuring a secure and organized educational setting. Candidates should be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, hold a valid driver’s license, and have dependable transportation. It is required for applicants to achieve RBT/CBT certification within 60 days of starting the position, and they should be capable of handling physical duties, including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
