Job description
**Job Title: Medical Social Worker (LCSW)**
In this role, you will evaluate, advise, and guide patients with intricate medical conditions by creating tailored treatment strategies. You will assist patients in adapting to disabilities, connecting them with resources, and implementing behavior changes both at home and in their communities. A Master’s degree in Social Work and state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) are required. Ideal candidates should demonstrate exceptional abilities in planning, organization, communication, and writing skills.
