The Licensed Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in providing direct care to patients, tracking their conditions, and aiding with everyday living tasks. This position includes monitoring the safety of residents, reporting any health status changes to the nursing team, and assisting residents during the admission and discharge processes. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with a valid Licensed Nursing Aide certification. Additionally, a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a long-term geriatric environment is necessary.
