Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse plays a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and healthcare assistance to adults facing developmental and physical disabilities within a day program environment. This position is essential for ensuring the health and well-being of the participants.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications to clients as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess health statuses of individuals under care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Jersey.
- Previous experience with individuals who have developmental or multiple disabilities is highly desirable.
