Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will play a vital role in conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and delivering therapeutic services. Additionally, they will provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care after discharge. Applicants must possess a valid Practical/Vocational Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, along with a BLS Provider certification. A high school diploma or at least one year of relevant work experience is mandatory.
