Job description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for performing clinical evaluations, providing hands-on nursing care, and managing tailored care plans for residents. Additionally, this role includes acting as a clinical supervisor, guiding staff while ensuring adherence to both state and federal regulations. Applicants must have a valid LPN license from the state of Iowa and current CPR certification. It is necessary to complete a state-recognized LPN supervisory course within the first 90 days of employment.
