Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering comprehensive and quality nursing care while overseeing staff in the provision of services for residents in both assisted living and memory care environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical rounds to assess resident health and care needs.
- Manage the administration of medications to residents.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date medical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to health regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the relevant state.
- Must comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred.
