Job Summary
The primary objective of this role is to deliver essential nursing care to patients within their residences, guided by a Registered Nurse (RN). This position emphasizes the importance of closely observing and recording patients’ health developments while adhering to both agency protocols and industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Administer basic nursing services to patients in their homes.
- Work under the oversight of an RN to ensure effective patient care.
- Regularly monitor and document the health status and progress of patients.
- Maintain compliance with agency and healthcare industry standards.
Qualifications
- Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one year of practical nursing experience required.
- Current, unrestricted LPN license is mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license is required for travel to patient homes.
- Current certification in CPR is necessary.
