The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers essential nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role involves collecting patient information and executing medical directives. The LPN performs therapeutic interventions suitable for various age groups and populations while complying with hospital regulations. Applicants should have an active LPN/LVN license relevant to their practice state and a valid BLS certification. While one year of experience in inpatient medical-surgical nursing is preferred, it is not mandatory.
