Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in the nursing process, focusing on patient assessment and the execution of treatment strategies under the oversight of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position is essential in delivering exemplary patient care as part of a healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to the formulation of care plans.
- Administer medications as per prescribed guidelines.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory.
- A valid LPN/LVN license in the respective state is required.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is desirable.
- Ability to maintain current CPR certification is essential.
