Job Summary
The Counselor will oversee a consistent timetable of one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients who are dealing with a range of mental health issues. This position involves guiding clinical cases, ensuring thorough record-keeping, and complying with established professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions for adult clients to address mental health challenges.
- Direct clinical case management to ensure effective treatment.
- Maintain precise documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines in all counseling practices.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Mississippi.
- A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, effective documentation practices, and excellent time management abilities.
