Job Summary
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a vital role in delivering clinical nursing care, health education, and administrative assistance within a community health center environment. This position involves conducting fundamental physical and mental health assessments and maintaining accurate patient information records in electronic medical systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct basic physical and mental health evaluations of patients.
- Document and manage patient information within electronic medical records.
- Provide health education to patients and their families.
- Offer administrative support within the community health center.
Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved vocational nursing program.
- Possession of a current California nursing license.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Current CPR certification.
