The Life Enrichment Specialist is tasked with designing, organizing, and executing daily activities for the Early Memory Support program. This role involves addressing the diverse needs and preferences of residents while adhering to state and federal guidelines. Applicants should have previous experience in memory care and demonstrate the capacity to engage effectively with senior individuals. A degree in Therapeutic Recreation or certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist is highly desirable.
