Job Summary
The role involves co-facilitating group sessions and providing individual coaching for the Pathways to Wellness initiative. The individual will also be responsible for training in and delivering a variety of other health programs offered by the YMCA as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate group classes for the Pathways to Wellness program.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support individual wellness goals.
- Deliver training for various YMCA health programs as required.
- Provide virtual coaching options to clients.
- Work across multiple locations as needed.
Qualifications
- A NCCA accredited Personal Training Certification or equivalent is required.
- Medical specialty licensure is also acceptable.
- Flexibility to work at different sites and offer coaching remotely.
