The Litigation Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, performing research, and overseeing discovery phases for a variety of civil litigation cases. This role also involves representing the firm in court, engaging with clients, and working together on trial strategies. Applicants are required to possess a Juris Doctor degree and must be in good standing with the New York State Bar. Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, with a focus on dispositive motions and oral arguments, is necessary.
