The Senior Counsel will autonomously oversee all facets of litigation, encompassing court appearances, depositions, and trial proceedings. This role also involves mentoring junior attorneys and fostering robust client relationships. Applicants must have a JD from an ABA-accredited institution and hold an active license to practice law in Texas. A minimum of 8 years of significant litigation experience, especially in the realm of insurance defense, is necessary.
